8th Grade Technology

Students learn about the important hardware components that make-up the computers they use everyday. They apply their knowledge to a real-life setting by comparing different technology devices and evaluating which device would be appropriate to meet a consumer's needs and budget.

Exploring Circuits

4th Grade Science

Students will learn how to create a series and parallel electric circuit using a problem solving approach. They will relect on their thought process and findings in an online journal where the teacher will provide feedback.

7th Grade Science

Students will conduct a lab and use data to determine the factors that affect the strength of electric forces. This online lesson is intended for students to complete the reading and activities on their own. Follow-up disussion is held during class.

Physical and Chemical Changes

4th Grade Science

Students participate in an inquiry based lab to discover the differences between physical and chemical changes. They demonstrate their understanding by creating a digital poster to present their findings.
